Moana is the only dog I've ever had that is like this. All my other dogs only wore their collars when we were out walking. Never in the house.
I took her collar off the other day to wash it . She stood right next to me at the sink and stared as I scrubbed it. Then she followed me when I got a towel to dry it.
She seemed so relieved when I put it back on her.
